Muriel Anderson belongs to the inner circle of the most significant fingerstyle guitarists and is the first woman to win in the prestigious competition National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship.

Her music can be heard in Woody Allen movies; compositions from her album Heartstrings accompanied the astronaut crew of space shuttle Discovery; she manages the Muriel Anderson's All Star Guitar Night festival in Nashville that brings together the world's biggest stars; her double album Nightlight Daylight received 11 national and international awards; her mentors were master minds such as Chet Atkins and Cristopher Parkening; she writes columns for the most influential guitar magazines in the United States and Japan; she is the author of numerous educational books and DVDs published by the largest US publishing companies; besides compositions for solo guitar she composes for the Nashville Chamber Orchestra and Vox Caelestis Women's Choir.
Anderson regularly holds concerts and music workshops around the world.


Duck Baker is a living legend of acoustic guitar. Among the many albums he recorded there are also some that critics placed in the Pantheon of guitar music.
He is the author of numerous books and instructional and educational materials, a columnist for guitar magazines and tireless researcher of American music.
His music repertoire is very diverse and ranges from jazz and blues to ragtime, swing, Irish and Scottish music.


A young musician from Trieste graduated in classical guitar in 2012 and then continued his studies at the jazz department and graduated with maximum grades.
Over the past years, he has won numerous awards, recorded several albums and performed at various international festivals.


Elvis Stanić is one of the best Croatian contemporary guitarists and accordion players and the most awarded jazz composer of the middle generation.
He is the leader of Elvis Stanić Group, a jazz fusion group which combines the Mediterranean melody of traditional Croatian music and rhythms of Latin music expressions and modern jazz tendencies.
As a composer, he is especially dedicated to the study of both Croatian and world traditional music, and in the area of so-called World Music, he is one of the leading musicans in Croatia.


Bow vs. Plectrum (bow versus plectrum) is a duo consisting of Filip Novosel (tambura) and Tihomir Hojsak (double bass), formed with the idea of connecting two string instruments of different playing traditions.
Double bass, played with a bow, and Croatian traditional instrument, tambura, played with an unconventional rectangular guitar pick, make a unique and fresh combination in the music scene.


Black Coffee is a well-known jazz group from Split, Croatia, active since 1993.
Their performances and albums, some of which won the Croatian discography award Porin, feature guest appearances by stars of Croatian music and well-known artists such as Oliver Dragojević, Gibonni, Alić, Boško Petrović, Matija Dedić, Zdenka Kovačiček, Gabi Novak, Arsen Dedić, Tedi Spalato, Divas, Meri Cetinić, Bruno Kovačić, TBF and others.


Wawau Adler is a gypsy jazz guitarist from Germany who regularly performs in Europe, the US and Canada.
He was born in Karlsruhe in Germany where he started his musical journey.
The first period of his dedication to the guitar was marked by his engagement in preserving the rich legacy of the legendary Django Reinhardt.
He later adopted other styles such as mainstream, jazz rock, etc.

At the BIG Festival 2017 Wawau Adler will perform accompanied by Damir Kukuruzović and his trio.
Damir Kukuruzović is the most prominent Croatian gypsy jazz guitarist.
He often performs with the most eminent world representatives of the genre, and he also leads the backing band of Zoran Predin.
